Shipping details
TauTech Store delivers door-to-door anywhere in South Africa. All stock is official South African distributor stock with full local manufacturer warranty. We do not ship outside South Africa.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on orders of R2,500 or more. The free delivery option appears automatically at checkout once your basket subtotal reaches R2,500.
- Orders under R2,500: you pay the live courier rate, calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight and size of your parcel. You see the exact amount before you pay. There are no hidden fees added afterwards.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Every product page and the checkout show an estimated arrival window for your order.

Orders placed before 12:00 (SAST) on a business day start processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or on public holidays start processing on the next business day.
Couriers and tracking
We ship through Bob Go with partner couriers such as The Courier Guy. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, track it below with your order number or tracking reference.

Pre-orders and “Coming soon” products
Products marked “Coming soon” or showing a shipment ETA are not yet in stock locally. They ship as soon as stock arrives at the distributor. The expected arrival date is shown on the product page, and the 5 to 8 business day window starts once stock arrives.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
- Check the packaging when it arrives. If a parcel is damaged, note it with the courier and contact us.
- If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
